Colonial style house, with balconies and pool, ventilated, 2 floors, newly built, located in a gated walled condominium of upscale houses, 24 hour security with guardhouse, paved, lighted streets and sports court. WiFi internet can be accessed throughout the property. A great home to relax and enjoy nature and quiet. The capacity of the house is 12 adults and must be respected.
All rooms have multi split air conditioning.
