Lovely mountain home with views and private hot tub!

1107 American Way is your quintessential mountain home with stunning views and a private hot tub. This is the place to get away from it all and escape to the mountains!

The first level has a spacious living area, complete with cozy couches, a card table, a Foosball table and wet bar for your enjoyment! One of the bedrooms is on this level, with three twin bunk beds. There is also a full bathroom.

Head up the stairs to the main level to find the large living area with a TV, cozy gas fireplace, and comfy couches. This living room is open to the dining table and kitchen, perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. The second and third bedrooms are on this level, both furnished with queen beds. There is a full bathroom and a half bath on this level as well.

On the third level you'll find another full bathroom. Across the hall is the master bedroom with king bed and TV.

Go back down to the main level, to head outside to the private hot tub and gaze at the stars and mountains all around. There's patio seating and a gas grill for your use. 1107 American Way is perfect for 2 or 3 families to be able to spread out and relax. There's a carport for 1 vehicle and plenty of parking. This home does have stairs.

It is necessary to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter to best access this home. Please be aware if you have pet allergies, the owner occasionally brings their dog. Short Term Rental License #BCA-97546

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was the ideal size for 4 adults, 3 children (8-15yo). The deck is large and very useful for the whole group, with nice mountain view. The needs the burners replaced, as there were just the front 2 working, concentrating all the heat in a small area. So, it's very challenging to grill food properly. Overall, very satisfied with our experience.

Only wish that the deck had a small covered area bc it rained a lot and it would have been nice to still be able to sit outside looking at the mountains without getting soaked but not a huge deal.. I wouldn’t say the beds were suuuper comfy but they were alright. House was decently well stocked, there was not near enough or hardly any dish rags or hand towels in the kitchen so that was a pain but otherwise we had everything we’d needed.

There are not hottub towels so you may wanna bring some extra. The showers are a little interesting. Low shower head and no window covering on the window right by the shower. But overall we enjoyed our stay and the views from the hottub are amazing!

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE

Location is nice, but the property manager are not helpful at all. The day we got there, the house was not even ready, the driveway and stairs were fully covered with snow, when called, the property manager to have the snow and ice cleared, they are blaming us, that we did not bring right type of vehicle or shoes. When snow is not even cleared don't matter what kind of vehicle or shoes you have, you can't access the house. Main stair to house was covered with at least 4 feet of snow, driveway was not treated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. VRBO Customer service was not helpful at all.

Thank you for the review. Sadly this is false information. When she arrived to the property she called us to tell us the driveway and steps have not been cleared. We asked her to send us pictures and she did. The driveway was plowed. (This is a gravel driveway so it can not be cleared 100%) the steps were also cleared but did have some snow covering them. There was not 4 feet at all. We then asked if their car was 4WD or AWD. We were told it was not. We also asked what kind of shoes they were wearing and we were told tennis shoes. We do say right in our post that a 4WD vehicle is necessary to access this home in the winter time. This is a high alpine environment and we see tons of snow. The guest was simply just not prepared for this type of environment
