Fred was an amazing host! The Condo was nicer than expected; exceptionally decorated; well stocked kitchen; and a breathtaking view. There is no better location than this condo...it is walking distance to everything!! With parking hard to come by, the private parking garage was a real plus. Highly recommend this condo and when I'm back in PEI.....there's no doubt where I will rest my head!

Had a fabulous stay at this lovely condo. It’s everything as advertised and more. Fred and Jeannie were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It was so relaxing having coffee on the balcony overlooking the water. Downtown was a short 5-10 minute walk away with so many excellent restaurants to choose from. We cannot wait to visit Charlottetown again and stay at what can best be described as home away from home.

This was our 3rd stay in this unit and the 6th stay in the building which indicates how much we enjoy coming here. The building is well maintained and its location is in easy walking distance of everything you need or want to do in Charlottetown. Our hosts are genuinely lovely people, very thoughtful and helpful. Their unit is kept in immaculate condition and is well equipped. The view overlooking Charlottetown harbour is a treat, day or night. The one item over which the hosts have no control is the A/C, which ,while effective for the living and dining areas it does very little for the bedrooms. Thankfully our hosts provide fans for these areas which certainly helps when the weather is warm. It is simply an aging system that is loud when in use and would benefit from an update.

This is our fourth stay. We love it at this condo. We always get a warm reception from Fred. Beer. Who would not like a person named Beer, right? There is rarely anything missing. The kitchen is fully equipped. This is a true vacation. The lifestyle works so well with our favourite things to do with family and friends. We enjoy walking locally or going to the theatre once or twice. We absolutely love the variety of fine eateries. We usually return to our top choices of restaurants but we also like to explore our options in order to discover something new. Most of the time we prefer just sitting on the balcony admiring the gorgeous waterview. Thank you again Jeannie and Fred.!

This is our second stay here and it was lovely as usual. The unit is spotless, well equipped and Fred is a delight to deal with.The location cannot be beat.In fact, my wife now calls this, her "home away from home'.

Everything was perfect. Close and convenient to all downtown. Beautiful view from apartment. Everything you need to prepare meals if you wanted. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed.

Beautiful view, beautiful condo, fabulous location

We did walking tours of Charlottetown. Our sister and her husband went golfing, we did the central driving tour of PEI.. fish and chips twice!

Condo was perfect. We’ll stocks with things you need. Very close to great restaurants, boardwalk, things to do. Wi-Fi was good we had our car and parking and access was great. Our host, Fred, was very helpful.

Semi retired professional engineer. Grew up on Prince Edward Island, living and working on family farm. Jeannie grew up in Quincy MA.. We were married on PEI in 1968 , have one son and two grandchildren.
After university studies at Dalhousie University in Halifax NS we settled in Toronto ON. where Fred pursued an engineering career. We resided in Toronto until 1997, we then migrated to Scottsdale AZ for winters, spending summer months in PEI.

Our hobbies include golf , renovating our century old family farm property (Fred) and travel with river boar cruises (Jean)

Our condo is uniquely located, overlooking cruise ship port and marina, within walking distance to everything Charlottetown has to offer. Great restaurants, theater, parks, churches, and so much more. PEI as an island has a unique local culture with tourism, farming and fishing the main industries. Recently technology firms are finding PEI an ideal location for their business especially the bioscience sector.
