- There are 2 desks with chairs providing a LAPTOP-FRIENDLY WORKSPACE if needed.

- A KITCHEN well-equipped with high-quality appliances and all the extras to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. For added convenience, there are a pair of stools at the breakfast bar.

- For enjoying a sit-down meal, the stylish DINING TABLE can accommodate 8 comfortably.

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property using a Smart Lock. - All adult guests must provide a copy of their ID prior to their arrival in order to be granted access on the day of check-in.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
Some options for transportation are:
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

Other Things to Note:
If you plan to have visitors, please inform us one day in advance and provide all their IDs in advance so security can grant them access.

Please note that there’s a potential for noise, such as traffic, as the condo is in the heart of the city.

We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival, like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and towels. Please note that these are not replenished.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

We welcome one pet per stay with an additional fee. Due to the size of the apartment, we prefer no more than one pet.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to make a reservation.
- It is strictly prohibited to consume, purchase, or sell any type of illegal substances within the premises.
- It is compulsory to send a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property. The requirement to send IDs is enforced by the building administration, failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- Smoking is prohibited on the property.
- No events or parties are allowed.
- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- Please do not use bath towels to remove makeup, dye, sunscreen, or oil; a replacement fee will be charged for any stains.
- If you plan to have visitors, please inform us one day in advance and provide a photo of your ID.
- Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
- Maintain silence when entering or exiting the property and/or the building to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- Please keep the entrance door closed at all times.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm onwards. Check-out time is before 11:00 am.
