Great neighborhood to stay in. Lots of cafes and restaurants. Apartment had an excellent view and very nice bedrooms. Host was easy to communicate with during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great views! Great location! Great spaces- upstairs patio view! living room/ kitchen! number of bathrooms! Great restaurants& coffee houses! Felt safe in this neighborhood. Walmart close by for groceries etc very convenient and a Michelin rated taco shop next door. (Maizejo?) Pro tip from Cesar - go to the metro tunnel to get to Chapultepec castle! Landlord is very responsive and helpful! We have many great memories there now! Don't count yet on using the jacuzzi or upstairs "roof" bedroom (smell) landlord has tried hard to improve but needs more work.

Great stay in cdmx

Loved the penthouse view of the city. The area is safe and the host/ staff is very helpful. Would recommend staying here since it’s close to all tourist attractions as well as great restaurants/ bars.

Great apartment in a safe, secured building. Great location with many restaurants and park/market walkable. Host was easily reachable on WhatsApp and had the cleaning lady freshen up the place halfway through our stay. Highly recommend. Would stay again. No railings on the staircase, so would not do with young children.

The penthouse was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable, there were plenty of outlets for charging devices, the water pressure in the showers was spectacular, and the views were incredible! Caesar was an excellent host and very good about communicating with us. As it has been mentioned in other reviews, there is a staircase that goes between the three floors; mobility challenged folks may want to pass this by. But for everyone else, it was a fantastic place to relax after we had been all over the city. There's plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. Highly recommend the coffee shop around the corner as well.

Great location and stay

This apartment has an unparalleled view of the historic Castillo and the mountains and it is convenient for traveling into Reforma. The Condesa neighborhood was safe and dense will great restaurants. This penthouse is a treat to stay in!

Great location and cost effective

Everything was great at the property but there was only space heaters in the rooms and no heat for the common space which was hard for a nee years trip.

A beautiful home with stunning views!

We had a really nice long weekend at this apartment! The neighborhood was perfect, close to the park, amazing restaurants and a ton of coffee shops. The apartment has three floors with the most stunning views across the city and a nice chill out area on the roof. I can recommend the place if you are visiting with friends

Cesar was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The video that was sent with the door code was wrong but the housekeeper was there and provided the correct access number. Building security was great and staff very helpful.Some things that need to be improved:stairs need to have railings installed. Stairs are windy and dangerous and would be safer with railings.Sheets for beds didn't fit and came off the corners during the night which was frustrating. Better fitting and quality sheets needed.Windows were extremely dirty due to being located in a high traffic area and smog in CDMX.

Modern unit in great area.

This place is in a great walkable area. One thing to note: Modern Stylized Staircase isn’t child friendly. There’s no hand rails or guard rails. Use care. We enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. Most notably, the water pressure and amount of hot water were impressive. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the environmental services were appreciated. Cesar was immediately available on our check in day to help answer a few questions. Excellent Value and the Best Views of the City

Cesar's Place is the best penthouse in a beautiful and modern building. It has balconies on all three floors. The view from the top floor lounge is the best and the hot tub is great. We even used the pool and gym, both of which were awesome. Super secure building with 24/7 doorman and security. I highly recommend this place if you like views for miles and plenty of space for everyone.

Great views of Mexico City and perfect neighborhood!

Host, Cesar, was super responsive during our entire stay for a week. He had the apartment cleaned in the middle of our stay with fresh towels and toilet paper, and offered good suggestions on places to eat. The views of Mexico City are outstanding, with up close view of Chapultepec castle and park and Contessa/Roma neighborhoods. We were within walking distance of museum of Anthropology and quaint coffee shops and restaurants. The hot tub was more like a large bath tub that needed filling with hot water when you wanted to use it, but the water wasn’t hot enough for a hot tub experience. This was a bit of a disappointment but we were so busy exploring and eating our way around this amazing city, we wouldn’t have had time for soaking anyway! Very comfortable apartment with stocked kitchen for easy meal prep. Security personnel all very nice as well.

Good from a far, far from good

Views look great, good large windows, and space for 3 couples. First off, it was dirty. Months of grime in the bathrooms, and challengeswith drainage. One bathroom doesn’t drain, one bathroom reeks of sewage smell. Large windows, but very noisy with traffic. The queen size bed is sitting on a double frame. Light fixtures hanging with exposed wires.I told Cesar (owner) about status, and he doubled down twice that we told the cleaning person that things were great. That was 10 minutes after our arrival.

Im sorry to hear about the bed but this is the first time that i hear about that. I never had a problem with that but for sure ill double check it. Also the communication wasnt thr best because the clenaing lady was told that everything was good. She went to check everything and thats what one of you told her. Also we always have edith come the nday after you arrive in case there is something wrong and they disnt tell her anything. Please be aware that we do out best but if one of you told her that everything was ok and she checknis hard for us to fix it. We apologize and we will take care af all those issues asap.
