There is a quiet sitting area located just before the kitchen that is perfect for spending some down time and catching up on a book. The kitchen includes a counter bar space great for grabbing a quick bite to eat or just surfing the web. The dining room table is located next to wide windows perfect for enjoying the view while you eat a meal. Your kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, and baking dishes you should need. Be sure to bring specific spices and seasonings to suit your tastes.

The master bedroom features a Queen sized bed and walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Also, the master bedroom has a 32' TV and the whole house has high-speed wireless internet. This vacation rental is 25 minutes from most Sarasota cultural venues, and you will be 15 minutes from the Gulf Coast beaches. You are only a 30 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches including Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach, Lido Key Beach and Longboat Key to name a few. Soft and comfortable towels and linens are available. Your vacation home has over 1150 sq ft to spread out, making this a perfect vacation home rental for your family or small group.

The membership includes access to our championship golf coarse where you can golf as much as you like, plus all of the other country club amenities.
