Inner City Apartments - 2 is one of four new & modern apartments with offering unparalleled city convenience and everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.
Whether you're a business traveler needing CBD proximity, a couple seeking an urban retreat, or a small family with kids, Inner City Apartment is the ideal choice.

**Special conditions & notes**:
• Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
• Bicycle storage - We provide in-building storage for bicycles & charging facilities for e-bikes.
• City parking - Available at $2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit with the first hour free. Fees apply weekdays from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. Parking is free outside and unrestricted outside of these times.
• Free all-day parking - In addition to the free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery.
• Stairs - This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair only access.
• Noise in the area - Properties in the central city may experience some evening or weekend noise from nightlife or general city activity. The apartment is well insulated and double-glazed for your comfort.
**Cancellation Policy**:
• Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
• Cancel anytime up until 14 days before arrival for any reason and you'll get a full refund.
