Escape to your private retreat in the heart of Niagara! This modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty, providing a peaceful sanctuary that feels far from the noise yet is close to everything.
Step inside to an open-concept living and dining area, filled with natural light from large windows that frame the stunning scenery. The space is brand new and thoughtfully designed with stylish, modern furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals at home.
The home's best feature is its location, backing directly onto a tranquil, unobstructed pond. Your private backyard deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine, with no rear neighbors—just the soothing sights and sounds of nature. Upstairs, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms, including a serene primary suite with a private ensuite bathroom. A paid in-unit washer and dryer are also provided for your use. Washer and dryer are free to use for stays of at least 5 days.
Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire house, which includes the main and second floors. This encompasses the open-concept living room, dining area, kitchen, and half-bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs, you have the primary bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a second full bathroom with a bathtub. You also have exclusive use of the backyard deck overlooking the stunning pond.
The Neighborhood
Nestled in a peaceful, natural setting, the townhome offers a rare sense of calm and privacy. It is located in the center of the Niagara region, tucked away from traffic and noise. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find a children's playground, open green space, and a short trail at the back of the townhouses.
Getting Around
Our central location provides excellent access to major highways (Hwy 406, Hwy 58, and QEW), making it easy to explore the entire region. Key destinations are just a short drive away:
Niagara Falls: 18 km
St. Catharines: 17 km
Niagara-on-the-Lake: 20 km
Brock University & Niagara College: 15-20 minute drive
Buffalo Airport: 60 km
Toronto: 128 km
You may park one vehicle in the designated spot on the driveway. Additional street parking is also available. The host parks in the covered garage or on the street.
You have the entire house, main floor open concept living, dining, kitchen areas, deck and half bathroom.
At the 2nd floor, one masters bedroom and two regular bedrooms, one full washroom with bath tub and one full washroom with shower area.
I welcome my guests by saying hello briefly when you check in or has settled in and/or before you leave the property.
I am available to offer help if I can throughout your stay, or message me if you need anything or can't find something at the property. Connect with me directly through airbnb site.
House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:
✅ Only registered guests are allowed. The maximum
occupancy is 6 guests.
✅ No parties or events without prior approval from the
host.
✅ No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the house.
Please be aware the smoke detectors are sensitive
and will be triggered.
✅ No illegal substances are allowed on the property.
✅ Please refrain from eating or drinking in the
bedrooms.
✅ Kindly remove shoes worn outside and leave them in
the foyer.
✅ No pets are allowed.
✅ Please report any damage to the host immediately.
Guests are responsible for damages incurred during
their stay.
✅ Please leave the property tidy. Additional cleaning
fees may apply for things like a dirty stove, un-
emptied fridge, or stained carpets.
✅ Guests will be charged for any missing towels, linens,
or other house items.
✅ Before leaving the property at any time and at
checkout, please ensure all lights, televisions, and
appliances are turned off.
✅ Please place all trash in the provided bags and put
them in the correct bins located inside the garage.
Garbage collection is on Wednesday mornings.

Host On-Site: The host lives on-site in a separate basement unit with a private entrance at the back of the property. This ensures your privacy while allowing the host to be readily available to respond to any needs or requests.
