The king bed sheets were clean, and we personally checked them before your arrival. We’re sorry to hear you had concerns, but we were not notified during your stay, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them immediately. The thermostat is a smart thermostat that we manage remotely to maintain a comfortable temperature in the home. We did not receive any requests to adjust it, but we would have been happy to help had you contacted us. Regarding the garbage, we would have been happy to provide instructions on where to leave it if you had asked us. We’re always available to answer questions and help make our guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience.
