The property has an iron, ironing board located in Laundry cupboard. Hairdryers are located in each bathroom with hair straightener in Ensuite.

There is a gas BBQ to the front and rear of the home and has its own LPG bottle. BBQ cooking utensils are found in the bottom drawer of kitchen. Please turn off Gas bottles after each use.

Fish cleaning station is located at the rear of the property for guest use. Filleting knife in kitchen drawer.

Pets allowed at property but must be kept out of bedrooms and furniture.

Please Note* The pool is unfortunately off limits to guests due to insurance purposes.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, oven, stove, fridge and complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar.

- Strictly no parties at the property or large gatherings.
- Do not sleep on the beds without fitted sheets & flat sheets or additional cleaning fee applies.
- Please keep the home tidy and leave it in the same state it was found.
- No smoking inside
- Exercise care when using games room and pool table.
- Please observe quiet periods and be courteous to neighbours.
- Please do not clean fish or seafood inside the home.
- Please only cook crabs on outside BBQ. The smell lingers for days.

GENERAL RUBBISH: RED BIN ONLY – Please ensure excess rubbish is taken home in courtesy to the next guests.

RECYCLING: YELLOW BIN
All recycling to be placed into the Yellow bin only.
Upon Checkout:
- Please take home any excess rubbish
- Please empty the dishwasher before leaving.
- Ensure all items have been removed from the fridge.
- If the BBQ has been used, please clean to avoid additional cleaning fee.
- Please put the red and yellow bins out when leaving.
- Turn off the Airconditioner & Lights.
- Lock all windows, draw curtains and return keys to lockbox.

Return keys to the lock box and scramble the numbers.
