Salty Shores, North Beach

Salty Shores is located at North Beach and provides a relaxing family friendly getaway with views over the bay to Wallaroo.

Salty Shores is a modern, two storey home with four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two living areas and sleeps approximately 12 people.

Relax on the balcony with a wine or two and enjoy the stunning sunsets and the lights of Wallaroo.

The nearest beach is only a short 7 minute walk away, or pack up the car and enjoy the day swimming, fishing and relaxing on North Beach (one of only a few beaches you can still drive on). There is also a shaded playground located nearby.

Wallaroo is only a 5 minute drive away and has a sheltered boat ramp located near the marina. Wallaroo has a number of pubs/hotels and cafes for dining and takeaway, as well as Drakes Supermarket for all of your grocery needs. Wallaroo and Kadina (10 minute drive) provide everything you will need with regards to shopping and services.

There are many local attractions including the jetty and Museum at Wallaroo, historical copper mining town and Splash Town water park at Moonta and other boating, fishing and relaxation options. Or you can simply relax at the house and take in the views from the balcony.

Have stayed twice at this place. We love it! Everything you need in the kitchen. Calming colour scheme and decor with plenty of space in the communal areas. Super comfy beds. Great showers. The host Troy is very helpful and good with communication. We’ll be back!!!

Loved the property 10/10Very hard to get an Australian TAX Invoice from Stayz web site / as this was a work event this is a must have and will be a very big influence in using Stayz again if I cannot get the correct TAX Invoice. Would love to use this again for work but if I can not get the correct TAX Invoice I will not be able to book through Stayz again.

Our Favourite Beach Escape

We’ve stayed at Salty Shores twice now and each time has been amazing. The location is perfect—peaceful, close to the ocean, and ideal for families. It has everything we need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The kids absolutely love it and we always feel so sad when it’s time to leave. Can’t wait to come back again!

First Visit in North Beach

Our weekend stay at Salty Shores was wonderful. The house was super clean & beautiful with complete amenities that our group we requires. The beach was close by and we enjoyed our time swimming especially the kids. Communication with host was fantastic and the keyless check in/Check out was brilliant. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting North Beach or Wallaroo areas.

Our family loved Christmas at Salty Shores

We booked Salty Shores for a few days stay over Christmas. The property is perfect for a medium-large group, with plenty of rooms and two living areas to spread out. The location was great for us, a short walk to Second Beach where family were able to explore the rocks, and a short drive from the firmer drive-on North beach.We were most impressed with how equipped the kitchen was. We were able to prepare our large Christmas lunch with the items available Communication with the host was very clear and easy. A wonderful stay all round

We stayed for two nights with our friends and everyone enjoyed the stay. Place was super comfy plenty of space to play if you’re with kids. Occupied with all necessary kitchen equipments and cleanliness is perfect.

Outside the property very neat. Inside is modern and clean. The kitchen and lounge was spacious and the 8 of us were very comfortable there. Great view of the water from the balcony. Overall it was a very happy and enjoyable stay.👍😍

Amazing little getaway ☀️

This stay has everything you’d need for a cute little getaway! So spacious and clean. We absolutely loved the fully stocked kitchen with all utensils & dishes, the storage under the stairs with all the outdoor games was amazing, check-in & check-out was so easy and it was so helpful having the guests information folder that included instructions for using things around the house and local restaurants menus. So much thought has gone into this stay, thank you for having us! 😁

Family holiday 3 generations

We’ll set up for our grandchildren, who enjoyed being able to all sit around the large dining table for meals and games. And having the great lounge was wonderful. The only little thing to be improved is to have two baby gates for the top and bottom of the stairs but we were able to put the coffee table at the top of the stairs, and the gate at the bottom. We all really enjoyed our time together. Thanks
