Nice place to stay. Home was comfortable. We had dogs so fenced in yard was nice. Great place if you don’t want to be close to Sandusky but still close enough to visit attractions.

Great location

This house was in a great location. There was enough parking to accommodate our 2 trucks and boats during a location fishing tournament. The neighbors were very friendly and the fenced in backyard was a great space to hang out and store our bikes for the week.

Quiet, cozy updated home

This lovely home was in a great location, with easy access to highway, yet just far enough to be in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are all well-appointed, including comfortable beds. The completely fenced backyard was a great advantage with our 2 small dogs! Easy check-in and access to the property, and good communication with the owner.

When we came in for the first time the smell of bleach was a little strong, it was fine the next days. Everything was very well cleaned and organized. The area was so peaceful. Definitely recommend

The property was very clean. Which we have found to be lacking in some other places we have stayed in the area. The back yard having a privacy fence was a plus for us traveling with a dog so that he could have some freedom himself. The basement was finished and ready for either watching tv or playing one of the many boardgames provided is perfect for anyone with kids to teenagers. It's a short drive to restuarants, and shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean, well appointed with beds, towels, laundry & laundry supplies, everything we needed in the kitchen. Very comfortable sofas. Easy to use smart TVs, close proximity to grocery store and other shopping including pet supply shop. Nice neighbors. The backyard is not accessible from inside the home, you have to go out the side door onto the driveway and open the wood gate to enter the backyard. We would prefer direct access for the dogs, especially since this Vrbo home is on a busy front street. Overall 4 stars

They cancelled at check-in time on Easter weekend

Horrible communication. I booked over a month before the stay and paid in full. I got a voicemail and email on my way to the house, 10 minutes before I arrived. Put us in a terrible position finding a new place to stay. No offer from Evolve except a full refund (which of course would be expected but would take 5-10 business days). Never again will I do business with this company.

Not ready for guests

First of all, I emailed the owner and never received a reply to my inquiry about the appliances.Some of the issues we found upon arriving was that the black box was indicating it was low battery. The owner did get back to us and said they would send someone if we found the lock box inoperable.There was no soap in the home to use for showering.Towel bar fell off the wall. Master bedroom bed squeaked terribly. Very little room to walk around the master bed.Electrical outlet above the countertop near the coffee maker was non-functional/looked dangerous.Some of the light switches did not operate anything.

However, we weren’t notified about other concerns during your stay, such as the towel bar, soap, or light switches, but will look into each of these items to prevent future issues. - The outlet above the countertop is childproof for added safety, which may have made it difficult to use. - The squeaking bed and space around it will be reviewed to ensure comfort for future guests.
