Great Beach Condo

Great beach vacation rental with attention to detail that puts it over the top. Super comfortable beds, nice showers, well stocked kitchen, lots of plugs and usb ports for all the kids’ devices. Also provided tons of beach equipment and toys so we could enjoy everything the location had to offer. Would book again!

Very nice condo. Ground floor unit literally steps from the beach with ocean views. About 3 miles south of Cocoa Beach pier. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. 30 minute drive to Kennedy Space Center. Quiet, especially considering it was spring break. Very responsive property management. Would stay here again.

The place was beautifully decorated, well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. On the ground floor right by the dunes and short path to the beach. Both bedrooms had nice private bathrooms and TV’s plus large TV in living room. Very comfortable and property manager was very proactive.. close to good restaurants as well. We had a great time

This is our second year in a row at Spanish Main with Stay at Cocoa Beach. Spanish Main condos are beautiful and such an awesome location! We are right on the beach and we walk into the quaint downtown area daily for some of the best food around. When we have had questions about anything the staff at Stay at Cocoa Beach are amazing and so quick to respond. We absolutely love it here. Kay and Mario

Wonderful place for a laid back get away. Clean. Well appointed. Tastefully decorated. Thoughtful touches and extras. Comfortable beds and bedding. Noisy upstairs at times with people walking heavily and work being done on the floor above. Otherwise perfect.

Everything was lovely! The place inside was immaculate and well-provisioned. Although the property is located on the main drag (read: walking distance to great restaurants!), you wouldn't know it, feels very private. 2 minute walk to the beach and pool was also near by. The whole property appears very well cared for. Owners/manager were very responsive. Highly recommend!
