This beautiful two-story townhome features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Natural light fills the open-concept living room, a window-lined space with gorgeous Gulf views. Relax on a sofa and comfy armchairs while your favorite shows stream on a 65” smart TV. The kitchen includes granite countertops that compliment a colorful tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge. Three can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar that seats 6. When it’s time to eat, gather at a dining table for eight.

The master suite features a king bed, balcony access, a 59” flatscreen TV. The en suite features a walk-in shower with fine tilework. The second bedroom includes a king bed, 51” flatscreen TV, and balcony access as well. The third bedroom is detailed with a queen bunk bed, as well as a TV with a DVD player and Xbox. The guest bathroom is appointed with a sparkling tub/shower combination, while a half bath off the living room provides more space to refresh. This incredible Gulf-front townhome is conveniently close to Treasure Island’s shops and restaurants as well as several local marinas

This property is the ideal location right on the beach, pet friendly and within walking distance to multiple restaurants. The furnishings and set up is great for a large family vacation. Wonderful time!!!!

Absolutely perfect location. The beach was our backyard! The view from both bedrooms and living room was spectacular. It truly exceeded my expectations. We had a lovely vacation. The spaces were comfortable, clean and there was everything available we needed. We didnt want to leave. As a matter of fact, we are already booked to return next year!

Fantastic Stay!

Our family all met at the condo for a week at the beach. My little granddaughter loved swimming in the water & playing in the sand. It was wonderful having the deck fully railed off so shecould run around. We all spent most of our time on the deck. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked. The views and the access of the beach was outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our getaway to Treasure island. Our favorite part was the balcony on the main level was accommodating for the whole family. Our least favorite was comfort of the beds in each room. Overall it was a relaxing experience!

Great stay

Proximity to the great beach and the huge decks on two levels were beyond expectations. Plenty of space, well maintained. Instructions to get in and out were flawless. Thanks so much for being a key part of our fabulous intro to the Treasure Island area.

Property was well supplied and clean . quiet location on beach , away from hotels. walking distance to local restaurants so no parking issues. Unit was pet friendly which was priority. Enjoyed townhouse and beach .

Perfect beach rental

We have been coming to Treasure Island for years and this is by far the best rental we have stayed in. It’s in a perfect location. Everything needed was in the townhouse and it was very clean and comfortable. The only negative thing that we dealt with was it was very hard to open the screen doors, they were constantly getting stuck. But otherwise it was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Over all the stay was good ! Would have Lieberman nice to get a starter type basket because there was nothing at all in the kitchen ! Also it would have been nice to have menus of some local restaurants . Toilet paper and paper towels could use an up grade !!!!

Fun in the sun

We love this property and already looking forward to next June. We had one maintenance issue that was handled very quickly.Its a perfect location for us—we walk the Sunset Beach area everyday and our son likes the close proximity to Caddys. Beautiful sunsets from our porch. The kitchen faucet was annoying as it became very difficult to turn off completely— always a slight drip. Other than that— perfect for our family!

The description and photos do not do this property justice! It's absolutely perfect! It's very apparent the owners take pride in this property. VERY clean, VERY stocked and VERY comfortable. Six members of my family covering 3 generations had plenty of space to spread out inside and out on the decks. We are already discussing when we can come back...which won't be soon enough! Thank you for sharing your property!! It provided a wonderful environment for our family to have great memories of our vacation :-)

Great beachfront townhouse

Walk right onto the beach. Relaxing. Quiet for the most part. When on the deck or porch facing the beach, you could hear traffic from road out front. Kitchen could use some more cooking things like spatulas. Great vacation spot though - can walk to quite a few pubs and restaurants, publix a mile away and the beach is not crowded at all in this area. House is beautiful, roomy and up to date. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great location, summertime pay attention

This is a great property with a beautiful view. If you’re looking to book in the summertime though pay close attention to the beach conditions. While the house sits far enough away from the water this summer it is experiencing significant red tide. The view was gorgeous but we did not get in the water and I did not let my kids get in the water. There were dead fish on the waterline all along the beach. While the city did their best to clean it up if you’re not familiar with the area and book the property in advance just make sure you are checking on beach conditions often. We did not have the insurance so we did not Cancel and missed the window for 90% refund because conditions were not bad then. Again, great property and the owners cannot control red tide but so many people I talked to said they had no idea what it even was. You can always check beachesupdate.com for most Up to date info on red tide.

Great beach front condo.

The good stuff: 1) Location! Love the beach front location. The back of the condo is on a busy road, but car noise was not too much at night. 2) The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom is very nice. 3) The other beach front bedroom is a little smaller, but also nice. But could hear noise from the next door condo. 4) Closet space in the beach front bedrooms was a nice surprise. 5) The third bedroom is quite small and best as a children's room. The adults felt very cramped. And closet space was lacking. 6) Beach chairs and some beach "toys" were available. 7) Outdoor shower was great. The stuff that could use attention: 1) If stairs are an issue, this is not the condo for you. 2) The kitchen could use a deep clean (steam clean??). Especially the sink area and the trash compactor. The trash compactor, which did not compact, was gross looking and was difficult to open and close. (I would remove it and use it to house a standard trash can on a slide out shelf.) 3) We cooked most meals and were able to make do with the pots/pans/utensils on hand. But we did have to borrow some things from our family that lives nearby. We feel adding a juicing tool of some kind would be helpful when making margaritas. :) 4) Providing a few more wineglasses would be appreciated. 5) The gas grill is not functional, which was a big disappointment. Overall: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beach Have C7. I am jealous of the owners! They have a slice of heaven. Thank you!

Great Stay on Treasure Island

We’ve been coming to this area for over 10 years, and this year’s condo was the best. The huge porch was like another living room. Kitchen is well equipped,and also appreciated the beach accessories- towels, chairs, etc. we had a problem with the storage closet lock, but Armando was right on it after we called for help. Thank you.

Perfect Location

A easy walk onto the beach with all the beach gear provided. Great sunset views from your balcony. Quieter area compared to St. Pete. Walk to restaurants. We will be back.

What an amazing view and convenient location.

Waves lulling a Wonderful nights sleep. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable linens. There are numerous steps so it’s not ideal for everyone. In the hub of islands life and gorgeous Sandy beaches.

Sister Trip

This was our second sister trip to this property. We loved it the first time and couldn’t wait to get back. The location is perfect. The location of the balconies was a big draw for us. Both sisters had a bedroom balcony!😊 We highly recommend this place!!

What a great beach house stay! It was stocked with everything we needed and prime location. Ultimate beach, sunset and rainbow views. Yes we saw the most magnificent rainbow after a quick storm came through. Publix is right down the street. Walking distance to so much. Come Enjoy!
