On the ground floor of the Arena Residential complex, this apartment features two queen bedrooms, third bedroom with two singles, ensuite, main bathroom, internal laundry, and open plan kitchen, dining and living that open up to the balcony.
At The Grande you will be within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. You will also be able to walk to some of Newcastle’s not-so hidden gems including King Edward Park and the Bogey Hole, Memorial Walk, Newcastle Ocean Baths, Hunter St Mall and Nobby’s Beach & Lighthouse.

Important note about this property:
There is remediation work occurring on the building next door - 77 Shortland Esp. There may be some light construction noise experienced and personnel on site between 7am and 5pm weekdays due to a small area in the property being used to storage building material. If you choose to proceed with booking this property, you acknowledge this notice and we appreciate your respect in our communication, and your review.
