Sometimes it’s a shame to have to write a response when a review comes in so inaccurate. Map location of the home is readily available and is transparent for anyone to see exactly where the house is. The Map clearly pins the house and roads throughout the rural area. Our pictures are accurate, clearly defining front yard and backyard spaces, even showing cars parked in front of the house, in a driveway. The homes in this rural area traverse Lake Champlain with a country road in front, used by the area residences. It is quiet and beautiful, and it is also a popular cyclists’ route because it is safe and less traveled by cars. We are very family oriented, and having families with young children are most of our bookings. All have enjoyed and raved about our location because of the lake views and family dock for swimming and fishing. Not once have we received a negative comment regarding the country road because our pictures clearly define spaces accurately, and the map pins exactly the house location.

I am in the house after each reservation for 8 years now and never smelled anything like you described as well as professional cleaners after each booking. I discussed your comment to them, and they are also puzzled with your comment since it’s impossible -there has never been a pet in our home.

Thank you Melinda. Chazy is a very quiet area with country homes lining the lake where one can take walks, jog, and cycle all around the lake. The famous Chazy Orchards is thousands of acres of apples surrounds the backyards of the neighborhood. Chazy is well known for apple picking and even has its own bakery of homemade doughnuts and pies just a mile away from the house. The country atmosphere is a welcome change for rest and relaxation.
