Great location

Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood but still well-situated near shops and restaurants Host was excellent and communicated quickly and easily. Some of the furniture is a bit tired and bed is very firm but apartment is really well stocked and very comfortable. Would stay here again.

A great place to stay

I was here for 2 weeks. The location is ideal, and the condo, although slightly shabby, was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The water was very hot and plentiful, and the beds were comfortable. Communicating with the host was easy and he responded quickly to queries.

We stayed for an extendo weekend. The location was great (close to Broadway, but NO road noise at all).We had a car, and the street and parking lot were both convenient.The building is not new, but is well maintained. The unit is fully equipped and stocked (extra points for cream in the fridge for coffee!)Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Property was very clean, the area was great, and the communication with the owner was top notch. The only but was that the apartment, furnishings and building were a little more tired looking than I was expecting from the pictures. Overall, a good stay.

This condo is certainly not new, but is in good condition. We had a comfortable stay during extremely cold weather outdoors.

Was not ready as agreed, so could not stay, refund not supplied as agreed

Check in times were listed on the website. There was a significant increase in communication from the host within 24 hours requesting estimated time of arrival. With 2 young kids, this is a moving target, but attempt was made at a timeframe. Having arrived in the early phase of this, well into the listed available check in time, we were denied entry. During this timeframe we found alternate accommodation whilst at a restaurant, as we had no kitchen available to cook supper. Dissent was raised with the owner, and VRBO. Owner stated they would supply only a partial refund, which has never been supplied. VRBO stated they would support this, but have done nothing to garner the refund, and now the email address that was being used is defunct. Avoid this listing, and VRBO.
