style kitchen, mini fridge, and dishwasher. The gas fireplace adds a special

touch to the feeling of being tucked in the mountains while having the

comforts of home away from home.



**The Bedroom**

There is a king-size bed with a sofa sleeper that pulls out right next to it.



During the stay, you can access on-site storage for your skis, snowboard, or

bike. To enhance your experience, enjoy the complimentary High-Speed internet

throughout the building.



The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are just steps away across

Winter Park Drive.

Please be aware, the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe amenity decks with access

to grills and hot tubs will be closed for construction from April 28 -

December 25, 2024.

*Winter $21/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.
