With 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms and a new in-ground pool (built 2024) this split level family friendly home is perfect for larger families or a combined family holiday.

Spanning over 3 levels: The lower level is perfect for teenagers to enjoy their own private space with two bedrooms, both with walk-in robes and access to a shared bathroom. Also on this level is a spacious living area with Tv, kitchenette, and a rumpus room with direct access to an entertaining deck, grassed yard and pool.
The first level of the home showcases a fully equipped gourmet kitchen to facilitate the needs of a large family, which looks out to the dining and family room and beyond to the stunning ocean views.
The master retreat, also on this level, features a superior king bed, a stunning ensuite with double vanities and showerheads plus a large walk-in robe.
A fourth bedroom is found on the upper level, and it too features an ensuite.
Offering indoor/outdoor living by folding open the ceiling to floor glass doors to the upper balcony, creating the perfect place to enjoy alfresco living, whilst enjoying year-round sea breezes and taking in the stunning outlook.
