Ridge Retreat - Ground floor 2 bdrm - close to golf, hiking & Village at Blue

Totally renovated in 2023, this luxurious hillside condo is comfortable and well appointed. The custom chef’s kitchen, unique dining booth, hardwood floors and one of a kind corner fireplace; all add to the warm ambiance of this exclusive home.

With close proximity to the 'Village at Blue' & Collingwood; shopping, restaurants, kids activities, and beaches are easily accessible. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy nearby golfing, hiking, and bike trails. Private equipment storage is included.

The space
This modern 2 bedroom & 2 bath condo is tastefully decorated, in an open concept design. The Great Room provides a comfortable gathering place, with its cozy couches, gas fireplace, TV & sound system; all backed with windows of sunshine.

The chef's kitchen features a 9 foot island, gas grill, and ample seating for conversation and inclusion. The unique dining booth provides both a fun & quirky setting for meals; and also, a scenic lookout of the mountain.

The master bedroom offers a soothing retreat with its soft palate, king bed, attached ensuite, and blackout blinds.

The down stairs bedroom is one of a kind: comfortable, organized and uncluttered; providing a great space for both 'kids club' or adults to unwind. A separate full bath is just across the hallway.

The hillside patio has a 10' umbrella to shade your afternoon aperitif. Outside tableware is available, as is a BBQ.

The condo has 3 TV's; one in the Great Room, and one in each bedroom.

There are 2 free parking spaces. One is 'specified' for this unit, and the second is in guest parking.

Self Check-in.
You have use of the entire condo.
Maximum of 6 persons - regulated by Condo Board.
Parties are strictly forbidden.
No pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping inside.

The place was as advertised. Clean and well maintained. The place was walking distance to blue mountain village resort and short drive to other areas we wanted to visit. Very quiet, family friendly and it felt safe. The appliances were clean and in good condition. The kids loved it. I will definitely stay again. It is my favorite place to stay so far in Blue Mountain.

Great place

Lovely, clean, well appointed home, near to the village - 10 minutes on sidewalk, 7 minutes by path (path is not well lit at night though). Would definitely recommend!

Modern and clean

The home was modern and lovely, and close to everything. Sue the owner was amazing and answered us immediately when we accidentally forgot the key fob. The home was updated and has everything you need, and the finishes were nicer than the average condo in that area.

Cozy retreat on Blue Mountain

We had a fantastic time at this property. The location is ideal, right at the base of the mountain, making it a perfect spot for both summer and winter visits. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful.The kitchen was impressively well-equipped with everything we needed (and more), and the AC kept us comfortable during a hot week. The kids' room was a highlight. The custom double bunk beds were a hit, and we all ended up sleeping there together. All the appliances worked flawlessly, including the dishwasher, washing machine, and even the ice maker.Communication from the owner was excellent, both before and during our stay, which we really appreciated.The only downside, as with many places in Blue Mountain, is that you're sometimes at the mercy of neighboring guests and ongoing construction or renovations. That said, the noise above was only moderate and mostly occurred while we were out enjoying activities.Highly recommended overall. We’d happily stay here again.

First Time At Blue Mountain

Our family wanted a little get-away and decided on Blue Mountain. Now, the search for a place to stay that would match our needs and the dates we were looking for was going to be a bit of a challenge. After scrolling through numerous websites and finding nothing that met our needs, I was on the verge of giving up until I came across Ridge Retreat. It looked nice, and it had bunk beds, so we booked it. The location was absolutely perfect; the place is really nice and updated, which we loved. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the chalk board at the front entrance. The check-in was super easy and stress-free, and the owner even messaged to see how our stay was going, which is a plus. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and quiet place to stay. Blue Mountain was a 3-minute walk from our place, and it was so much fun with lots of activities, food, deserts, and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay thank you for sharing your beautiful place.
