Heart of the Village: Steps to Blue Mountain Condo

Welcome to our chalet with one of the best mountain views around. This 3 bedroom home features brand new living room furniture , brand new appliances, and a professionally decorated open concept living/dining/kitchen on the main floor. This home has an open concept living room-dining area with plenty of space where your friends or family can cook, eat, and relax together by the fireplace. Step out onto the balcony for a beautiful mountain view or capture the view from almost every window!

This chalet is conveniently situated only a 2-min walk right into the Blue Mountain village and ski hills.

This chalet has a ski locker right outside the entrance into the home. The living room, dining room, kitchen and washroom are all located on the main level. High end materials were used to create a luxurious feeling as you enter the chalet. This home is very welcoming and we take great pride in creating and maintaining this ambiance.

Kitchen:
This fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, electric coffee maker and a large fridge. It has all new stainless steel appliances, new cutlery, granite countertops and bar stools to accommodate three. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings. The dining room table seats six but can be lengthened to accommodate 8. There is a private balcony equipped with a natural gas BBQ.

Living room:
This freshly styled living room with new furniture is the perfect spot to enjoy the fireplace surrounded by company and bright open windows with a view of the ski hill. The couch easily pulls out to a Queen bed if needed. Enjoy watching TV on your night in or take a quick walk over to the village to enjoy shopping or dining at many of the wonderful restaurants.

Bedrooms:
The living features a Queen pull out couch to accommodate 2 guests if needed. The upper level includes 3 bedrooms. One room has a Queen bed, another room with a Twin-over-double bunk bed plus a single bed. The third bedroom has a King bed with en-suite washroom and a large window view of the beautiful mountains.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

Winter get away

This property was fantastic. Close enough to the Village at Blue Mountain that we could walk with our gear straight to the chair lift. It also meant autonomy for our 17 year olds who could board when it was good for them. Check in was easy and clearly marked. Our communication with the property managers was excellent and responsive.

Overall a great unit, mostly updated besides the 2nd bathroom. Great light due to the high ceiling and windows. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of closet storage space throughout. A few things that need attention: AC vents need to be cleaned, they are very dusty. Kitchen could need a deep clean (incl. the oven that we didn't use). 2nd bathroom needs to be updated, it has poor ventilation and moldy spurs.

The place was very functional for our family of 6 adults and 1 child. Although the place was clean, we did encounter stains on the carpet of almost every room. A small mold issue in the main shower ceiling. The main sofa could use a cleaning, stains on most cushions. But the place did smell clean. Location was amazing for our needs. Even though the place is clearly a 2 story, we did not realize it was also on the 2nd floor of the building, it did present some issues but we over came.

We lived the fact that it was within walking distance to The Village. The house for the most part was very clean and had lots of room for us 6 gals. Nice kitchen with lots of cooking equipment. We did experience a beeping sound day and night for the duration of our stay. That was very annoying and apparently was coming from another unit? The owners did send someone to investigate but issue was never resolved.

Bad experience

Unable to stay in this condo. After reaching out after the time we were to get into it we finally got a reply to tell us the units air conditioning was not working. I understand issues happen , my issue was we were given another unit to accommodate us and told it was ready 4 hours later as we had to wait for it to be cleaned. When we arrived the cleaners were still in it. Over 4 hours to clean a condo?

Hosts were responsive. Check in was a breeze. Condo was well equipped pet friendly. Nice high ceilings made condo appear more spacious and airy. Lots of room for 4adults and 2 children. Busy weekend in the village. Condo very convenient to the village right across the street.Only problem was the remote did not work or we couldn’t work the remote.
