Summary:

This three-bedroom home in Encounter Bay opposite the Yilki common is only a 350m walk to the beautiful Franklin Parade foreshore. Explore the sandy beach and rock pools or visit one of the local cafes, restaurants or local Yilki store.



The Space:

The kitchen is well appointed with electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and cookware. It is open plan living and dining with TV, plenty of seating and split system heating and cooling.



The bedrooms are nice and bright with bedroom one including a queen bed, bedroom two a double bed and bedroom three has two single beds.



There is a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and vanity.

A second separate toilet.



Laundry with washing machine.



The back yard is large enough for a game of cricket on the grass and is fenced on three sides, but not to the road.

Undercover carport and extra grassed driveway.
