-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.

This apartment does not come with parking. Although, parking can be arranged by the guest directly with the Mantra reception. You will need to pay them directly.

The furnishings require to be refurbished in the lounge area e.g. the coffee table, stain on the carpet. There was a stuffy smell in the apartment particularly when leaving it during the day - did not wish to leave the air conditioning on if out all day. That said there was a similar smell but less noticeable in the common areas. Diffusers? The second bedroom needs more hanging space. Check in needs improving. The boxes were one of two sets and it was only when we received photos could we locate them after being outside for over an hour then going for lunch. I would suggest send the photos a couple of days beforehand but send the code the night before or on the day of arrival. I think a refresh of the decor etc. would enhance the experience. Space, position, remainder of flat was a great plus. Perhaps encourage owners to use their flats every so often so they too can see the issues.
