This two-bedroom, two-bath Destin beach condo offers a luxurious primary suite and sleeps eight. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, wet bar, breakfast bar, and dining area with a picture window showcasing that glorious view of the beach. A comfortable seating area and full-size laundry facilities are also part of this perfect stress-free Destin Gulf-front rental.

Sterling Sands offers a community pool and spa deck, a grilling pavilion, a fitness room, free seasonal beach service, covered parking, and high-speed elevators. Welcome to your stress-free Florida family beach vacation.

Guest will have to check-in with the on-site office. There is a resort fee of $15.00 plus tax per person to receive access to the property and amenities.

No tents, canopies or personal umbrellas allowed. Personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach from March 1 – October 31. Guests enjoy receive 2 chairs and an umbrella complementary in season.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
