This was our second trip to Pelican Beach and this property/unit was by far better than our first. Many accommodations are provided such as shampoo, coffee, beach chairs, umbrellas and much more to list. The chairs on the balcony are great and has a fantastic view from the 11th floor. We came for a trip on our 12th wedding anniversary and this room made it all that much better. Would highly recommend for couple stays or even family adventures!

Absolutely gorgeous condo! Everything was perfect from the views to the clean comfortable beds. The kids were especially excited that even the pull-out couch mattress was very comfortable. The coffee bar with all essentials and snack basket with a bottle of wine was a really nice touch. Julie was very easy to get ahold of for any questions we had and was the best host. We will definitely be staying again.

Property was great, just as stated and pictured on site. The host Julie, was attentive, checking in with us several times throughout our stay, making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was beautifully decorated and she thought of everything we may need for our stay. All beach necessities, toiletries, even a welcome gift, . Totally not necessary but a nice gesture. Felt like home away from home. Definitely a 10 rating from us. Would definitely recommend Julie’s property!!
