Two cabins are also available upon request for additional sleeping. Cabins include a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 full mattresses in a loft. Cabin water is shut off for winter.

Keyless lock entry and your privacy will be respected. I am always available to answer questions or help. Parties allowed with prior notice and approval. Cameras on front of house and driveway.

Secluded property less than 10 minutes from IU campus. Near an old-fashioned railroad, which kids tend to love. Backyard is fenced for safety.

Keyless lock entry. The house has a shared driveway with a cabin -- please do not block access.

3,000 sq ft. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for 25+ people, with basic ingredients provided. The dining hall seats 25. Hot tub fits 7. Three decks, one porch, one balcony, and a concrete patio accessible from the kitchen through double doors. Propane grill with grilling tools. The fire ring is perfect for evening gatherings. Fenced backyard keeps kids safe.

10-minute drive to IU campus and College Mall, 15 minutes from the stadium and downtown. Nashville is 30 minutes east, Lake Monroe 30 minutes south.

A maximum of 5 additional guests beyond those booked may visit the property. More than that requires owner permission.
