Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was the floor was dirty. I ended up mopping the entire floors downstairs. My husband went and got Lysol to do this. There should be a list given that there is no cleaning products on the premises. No vacuum! The outside furniture is in poor shape. The cushions on the lounge chairs are filthy and falling apart. The one chair is missing its stable pieces on the bottom. I went to get up and fell out of the chair and broke my watch the last day there. We probably left the place a little cleaner than we found it. There was a water bottle behind the night stand on the floor. There were tissues behind the bed on the ledge along with a hair tie. The cleaners need a lesson on cleaning.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay and take your comments about cleanliness and the condition of the furniture very seriously. We want to highlight that we offered assistance during your stay, but we did not receive a response to know if you needed us to take action. Please note that we do not provide cleaning products, only some essentials for the dishwasher and bathrooms. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are working to improve these details for future guests. -The IHM Team
