We had a perfect experience there. The kitchen is fully equipped and super clean, there is even a dishwasher. All furniture and beds are extremely comfortable. The little garden is so private and peaceful, and the wooden swing has kept our little one safely occupied and happy. The location is just awesome, being only 10 min from town center , 20min from most sites of interest, but out in a quiet and safe suburb. I can only recommend this house. There's a lot of welcoming love to be felt as you walk in. Many thanks

Located on Mokoia Road Rotorua set in a semi-rural area approximately 12 Kms from the city.
We are 3 Kms from Ngongotaha Township, hosting DYNASTY Café, 4 square, garage/fuel, P/Office Stationary, Laundrette, hair dressers, Liquor store, Takeaways, Doctor/ Pharmacy, Gift shop and op shop
Our home is comfortable and warm. We have a heat pump heating and cooling. We have a three bedrooms, but only let two Queen Bedrooms. There is a small squab for a small child if necessary.

THE CLEANING FEE INCLUDES LINEN (SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, TOWELS, TEA TOWELS)

Our deck and dining area is amazing on summer evenings or anytime through the day in other seasons as it gets the afternoon sun. A small colourful garden adds to the outdoor charm. The bathroom has a walk in shower and toilet. The lounge is spacious and hosts a comfortable suite. There are books and games available for use for downtime when travelling.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and quality appliances. For those needing to stay connected there is complimentary high speed internet (unlimited). Linen is included in the cleaning rate and there is plenty of off street parking.
A quiet area no through traffic and a view of Lake Rotorua, Mokoia Island from Road end. Paper road at end of cul-de-sac to cycle way/ walkway to Lake Front or Ngongotaha.
We have had many 5 star reviews, but have recently changed property managers, so reviews could not be carried over.
