Welcome to this comfortable family-oriented home centrally located at St. James. The house is located seven minutes from the Winnipeg airport and five minutes from Polo Park mall. Winnipeg downtown business district and the Canada Life Centre are only a short trip away. There are numerous restaurants such as the popular St. James Burger within close proximity. Other family attractions close to the home include The Assiniboine Park, Sargent Sundae, and Living Prairie Museum.
This new home gives a welcoming aura from the moment you step in. The furnishing was carefully selected with you in mind. The beautiful decor, and perfect finishes, will make this home your ideal “home away from home”. Whether you are here for vacation or work, this family-oriented home has all you need to have a memorable stay.
This 3 bedroom home is in the St. James neighbourhood of Winnipeg and is close to all you need. The en-suite Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a sizeable walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have double-sized beds and a closet to keep all your belongings.
The kitchen is tastefully furnished with top of the range stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you will need to cook your ideal meal.
Your comfort is our priority. The house has a fast and reliable internet service for all your devices and gadgets. There is a 55 inches smart TV as well - all you need is to login to your favourite streaming service such as Netflix, Disney Plus, YouTube, Amazon and continue watching your favourite shows and programs.
The front door has a smart lock and your access code will give you access throughout your stay. The house is equipped with a smart thermostat that you can adjust to your preference.
One parking spot is available behind the house and street parking is also available in front of the house.
You'll have full access to the main suite during your stay.
