The quiet neighborhood in the heart of french Winnipeg is within walking distance of Whittier Park, the location of Festival du Voyageur, the historic Forks Market, and the Museum of Human Rights.
This newly renovated home features a large kitchen, dining and living room and 3 piece bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs hosts 3 bedrooms, a queen and 2 doubles, and a second bathroom with a large clawfoot tub. High speed internet and Shaw TV is available.
A playpen and Highchair are available for families with young children.
Free parking is available in the back on a concrete pad or in garage. Minimum 2 night stay.

Such a cute little house to stay at. Fresh homemade muffins, clean, everything we needed! Even the lights were on when we arrived at night. Super homey and inviting. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This is a very nice, well-located residence. The owner is friendly, kind, and helpful. I stayed there with my family. We enjoyed our stay. All amenities were provided: a clean kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and children's toys.

This host was fantastic! The house is absolutely charming and makes you feel like you’re home -complete with fresh muffins! We were here for the holidays and were surprised to see a Christmas tree was thoughtfully set up for us! The host has thoughtfully and carefully prepared for your stay. There are many little details that have been added to make you feel comfortable. There are books and games for all ages and even slippers by the door. The house is impeccably clean, the bedding is cozy, and the hot water is plentiful. The neighbourhood is very quiet!! We heard no noise at night!! Our family highly recommends and appreciates this listing!!

A lovely home from home in the quiet St Boniface area of Winnipeg.We arrived to fresh muffins and bottled water left for us on the kitchen counter.The house has everything you need and is spotlessly clean.The area is quiet, safe and close to supermarkets and other essentials within walking distance. The Forks is only about a 20 minute walk from the property.

Wonderful St. Boniface home

This property is very well maintained and is excellent value, especially for large families. It also has an excellent location near to St. Boniface Hospital, downtown and the Forks. The kitchen is modern and complete. Fresh muffins were a very nice touch. The host is freindly and available.

Your home away from home

My two kids and I absolutely loved coming back to this peaceful space after a day of exploring the city. The place was immaculately clean (including the basement!) and a lot of thoughtful details have been placed throughout the home including books, games and a well-stocked kitchen. Anna was a warm and responsive host, giving us a personal tour on arrival and the muffins and water were appreciated by us all. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and within walking distance to everything you need to have a really comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay!

Anna was a wonderful host. She was a great communicator and responded quickly to any questions. The home was clean, tidy and had a well equipped kitchen. The bed was most comfortable and the sheets, blankets and pillows were all top notch. The home is in a good neighborhood and walking distance to the forks, university, museum, parks and cafes.
