Offering high-end upgrades, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, attached 2 car garage, front driveway, fully stocked kitchen, huge island, 2d floor laundry for your convenience, BBQ which creates the perfect balance of extravagance and comfort.

Located on a quiet street, yet just minutes away from University of Manitoba, MITT, Football IG Field, great restaurants, shopping, spa, groceries, banking, Altea/Goodlife gym and much more. Step outside, and you are surrounded with men made lakes, biking/walking/jogging trails, countless playgrounds, and friendly community feel.

Please note that this place is NOT suited for gatherings, parties of any kind. This place is meant for quiet quality enjoyment.

Great Stay

Fantastic stay! This home provides everything you need and more. They've truly thought of every possible household amenity, including extras like children's toys. The addition of soaps and shampoos was a thoughtful touch. There were plenty of towels and linens, which added to the comfort of our stay. The house itself is beautifully designed from top to bottom and ideally located for easy access to local attractions, as well as near the south perimeter for convenient travel.The communication with the hosts was excellent. We entered the house with clear expectations and were pleasantly surprised that it exceeded them.Our only recommendation is to align the check-in and check-out times listed in the VRBO listing with those communicated in messages, as they currently differ. Also, offering this as a one-night stay would be perfect for a family like us, as it would be much more convenient than booking hotel rooms around the city for our frequent travels. Other than that, we'll definitely be returning!

The property was well appointed and very clean. Extensive rules regarding the use of the property were communicated a day before the date of use. It would have be useful for these to have been communicated upon booking.

Comfortable Clean Safe

Quiet and safe area. Being able to park in garage is a luxury. Driveway and walks clear of snow. Hosts add touchescto home that make it warm and inviting.

Amazing

The house was beautiful. Exceptionally clean, incredibly well stocked with all things needed for a very comfortable stay. The location in such a quiet area just made it all even better. Beautiful Home In New Neighborhood

Our hosts, Mike & Helena, were absolutely perfect hosts during every stage of our 6-night visit at their home...excellent communication throughout the reservation process, check-in, stay, and check-out. House was more than clean, it was completely sanitized & ready for us. Plenty of good quality bed, bath, and kitchen linens, and all the kitchware anybody could need. Loved the summer evening sunsets from the back patio! We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best!

I have used Vrbo on many occasions in different cities, countries…this property is definitely top of the list! The hosts have thought of everything. The check in process was very smooth, they communicated quickly, and the house was spacious and beautiful. We found the beds extremely comfy and there were such nice thoughtful touches throughout the house, from the tea bar and sweets to wonderful soaps and lotions in the bathrooms. It’s in a new neighbourhood in Winnipeg, so although not near the more common areas of the city getting around is still easy. We would love to stay at this property again, and will highly recommend it to friends and family when they visit the city.

Exceeded our expectations

The property was beautifully decorated, spectacularly clean, in a very nice neighborhood. Nothing was missing, off-street parking, lots of space, lovely linens. Lots of space for this family of four. Nice fireplace, view of the prairies, everything we wanted. For our particular needs, it was a little out of the way considering we had to be in just about every part of the city. However, we would give up that little bit of inconvenience to stay here again. Thanks Mike and Helena!

Great Family Weekend Getaway

Beautiful Family Stay

We were in town from Eastern Canada and NY City for a family wedding. The house was a wonderful place for us to be together, and to get prepared for the wedding. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has a great view of prairie fields in the distance. A gem!

Posh & Comfortable

House is located at the edge of the city - backs on to an open field which provides a beautiful view. The location is in a new neighborhood- safe and scenic, but a bit far from places and downtown. Expect a lot of roundabouts! Lovely decor throughout. Good seating area in the dinning room/kitchen. Decent seating in living room - one comfortable couch and chair. Access to Netflix on tvs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would stay here again and would recommend for others to stay!
