Everything was so clean and the kitchen was beautiful. The view from the porch is amazing and they have so many comfy places to sit, we loved the hammock! Such a wonderful place to gather with friends and the check-in process was so easy.

The place has an amazing lake and Mountain views. We truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to relax, be one with nature or adventurer. Most importantly, it is a dog friendly stay. We’re planning on coming back.

View and hummingbirds

Wonderful home - all that the photos promise and more! The spaces are lovely: beds comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, windows showcase the amazing views. Our favorite was hanging on the deck with the amazing mountain and lake views - and watching the delightful hummingbirds! This home made for a truly amazing setting for a special time together.

Great place for 7 friends to prepare for a wedding weekend at AA Barn in Grand Lake. The unit was decorated so cute. Beds were comfy. Especially enjoyed hot tub, portable and the outdoor space. Would stay there again

Very nice house very nice deck. Driveway tricky to get in and out of. Trash can was left full of trash in front of the house and was ransacked by bears.

We had a great time on our trip to Grand Lake. This home has the most spectacular views I've ever seen. The home itself was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and large TV's in all the rooms. We really got the Colorado experience on this trip. 5 stars!

Snowy Spring Break in Grand Lake

Grand Lake for spring break was amazing! We were mostly able to get ahead of a huge winter storm and made it to the cabin before dark. From the moment we walked in the door, we were so happy with our choice. The cabin was warm, inviting and cozy with comfortable furniture and a wonderful mix of decor. Cooking was a joy in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed playing ping pong and pool before relaxing in the hot tub. The view from the hot tub is phenomenal especially at night with the wintry landscape. Thank you so much for our relaxing mini vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

The view is the best part

The best part of the whole property is the location. the view was fantastic. There were nails coming up on the deck which were a hazard. there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The floors felt sticky. The grills grease pan was full and overflowing. the master bed mattress was not comfortable. You rolled to the middle.

Unreal Natural Beauty - The Coziest Cabin in Grand Lake

We LOVED the home, and it's surroundings. The owners should ask Evolve to redo their pictures because these pics do NOT do the home or views justice. It's more airy and spacious, the view is freakin spectacular, and the decor is way more fun and classy. They reorganized the living room from the pictures and it's 1000% better focused on the view not the silly TV.The lake view is unobstructed and the mountains are exquisite. We watched storms roll down the valley from the sparkling clean hot tub, and greeted the stars from the massive deck by the firepit. You can hardly see a single other home, so the privacy is top notch. The decor is fun and cute and you can spend hours noticing cool little details. Especially for a pet friendly home, they've put expense and care into making the home feel warm, yet opulent. The beds are comfortable and they don't use cheap bedding and pillows like so many rentals! This was huge, I didn't feel like they did the bare minimum, but rather invested in creating an entire experience for their guests. The guest book shows it's working!The kitchen is super well stocked, we thoroughly enjoyed cooking and eating feasts at the forgot dining table. We also appreciated the water filter pitcher, another little detail that made this home special.We will 100000% be back. I'm not sure we've ever enjoyed a rental home more!

Perfect Get Away near Lake Grandby / Grand Lake

The cabin was incredible. So warm and homey. We spent the weekend ice fishing on Lake Granby and the cabin was the perfect place to return to at the end of a long day on the hard water. The boys loved the game room and spent their evenings downstairs playing pool, ping pong and watching movies. Mom and Dad enjoyed relaxing in the main floor living area. During the daytime the views of the lake and mountains were spectacular. The hot tub, just one step outside, was perfect to enjoy a cold evening or afternoon snowstorm. The location was perfect, just a 15 min drive to the lake or into Grand Lake. The cabin is very secluded and private. We felt like we were totally on our own. Our host communicated early and often and answered any questions we had. There were no issues during our stay. Overall, we would highly recommend this wonderful cabin to anyone looking for a GREat getaway near Grand Lake / Grandby.
