This is a fabulous home with entertainment for everyone in your family. The open living area is a great gathering spot for the family to enjoy each other's company with comfortable seating including a leather sectional overlooking the private pool deck as well as a feature fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen offers a four-seat breakfast bar and a dining table for seating up to twelve for a meal at any time of day.

This home can accommodate up to 16 guests, providing plenty of space with two king-sized suites on the bottom floor and an additional king-sized bedroom with a shared family bathroom adjacent. On the second floor, you will find a further king-sized suite, a superhero-themed bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4x twins) and a connecting bathroom as well as a candy-themed bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4x twins) and a connecting bathroom.

Once you get to the loft area on the second floor, you will be amazed by all its entertainment with a pool, foosball, and air hockey table for plenty of entertainment as well as a video game-themed games room equipped with arcade games and a home theater with a large flat-screen TV. All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
Max of 5 cars per address. Please note that all vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted within the Bears Den community and vehicles parked on the street will be towed.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
