Week with the Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was charming and clean. We felt very comfortable and well-supplied for the kitchen/bathrooms/beach. The master bathroom shower needs updating and we didn’t have a hot shower for half the trip. The location is absolutely unbeatable.

Would not book again

We arrived and the pictures did not represent the properties current condition. The pool and back yard are dirty and unkept. The pool was dirty, did not look as thought it had been cleaned, and appeared safe to swim. The house is run down, there is not place for groceries, the floors are sticky, the dishwasher was broken and had water sitting in it that smelled like sewage. The kitchen supplies are limited and just thrown in cabinets. Conditions were so bad that the property manager moved us to another rental the next day. The location is amazing but that is about it for this place. I give kudos to the property management company for addressing the problem and moving us which saved our trip. We knew the hot tub was not working but thought it would at least be clean. I would not book this place again. Thanks to John and Genesis for helping us.

Due to be torn down soon, but price of rental does not reflect broken spa, pool issues, old furniture, totally inadequate grocery storage and what few cabinets were there crammed w unnecessary equipment. Not even a silverware drawer, much less you only have soup spoons, no teaspoons. We had a good time, but you pay for features that are slightly misleading. Laundry is outdoors in the tiki bar! Not enough seating for 5 adults. Hightower table, not dining height. Was always covered in grocery items so no real place to eat if you cook. Management company unresponsive without 3 calls. Maintenance guy was attentive as we had a dog, but poolman did not knock, just came in the yard, though we asked otherwise

Great Location, house needs a lot of work

Close to the beach and the plaza.As far as the house itself, every single plate was chipped to a chunk missing out of it, the master bathroom smells so much like mold and mildew we couldn’t put stuff in the cabinet, the shower has holes in it, the mattress needs to be replaced. The exterior of the house is dirty - the whole yard- the pool needs to be resurfaced and the hot tub doesn’t work. A little weeding and yard maintenance would go a long way. The furniture needs to be replaced- all kitchen chairs had sunk in the middle.

House needs repairs

We paid to have the pool heated and it never worked properly. The shower cracked under my husband's feet when he was showering. The refrigerator door kept popping off the hinges. The outdoor area where the washer/dryer was located was filthy... cob webs and rust. The management company was very responsive to our concerns, but the house needs repairs.

Great location and pool!

We had so much fun on our quick getaway! The pool was amazing and come home was just what we needed. Amazing location within a mile of the shops and restaurants! Didn’t drive anywhere while we were there.
