この施設について
Cozy 4 season cottage near Cavendish, water view of the Trout River.
We converted this building to a 4 season cottage for family use in 2019. We have more recently started renting it out year round for short and long term stays. Pet friendly and close to all Cavendish has to offer. Water view of the Trout River. Compact space with all that you need for a short or an extended stay is right here! We are right next door if you need anything at all. Summer stays include the screened-in large door, BBQ, fire pit and Hammock to use.
2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other has 2 twin over double bunk beds for a total of 5 beds.
Bathroom has shower, sink, toilet and towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner.
Small kitchen has everything you need including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, stove and oven. Also basic cooking supplies and staples such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil salt pepper.
Large washer and dryer and laundry supplies as well as use of clothesline.
Heat pump for heat/AC and a baseboard heater for backup heat.
Wifi, TVx2, (1 with gaming system, the other with a streaming device, with several streaming apps for your use).
