Pairing modern with rustic, this home provides a delightful vineyard-side stay with a fresh white palette and warm timber accents throughout. This home shares the property with a separate self-contained cottage, sharing a cubby house.

The living room is the heart of the home, furnished with two cosy sofas where you can kick back with some TV and a fireplace to stay snug over winter, while split system air conditioning ensures year-round comfort. A second living space is open plan, complete with cosy seating, a TV and a wood heater.

The well-appointed kitchen and dining area have all you need to prepare and enjoy meals, with a six-seater table and additional seating available at the breakfast bar. Head outside to cook up a barbeque and dine in the fresh country air, where a six-person setting offers peaceful views overlooking the leafy gardens and backyard, or enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit.

There are two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds that can be set up into a king upon request, all equipped with split-system heating and cooling. In the stylish and contemporary bathroom, you’ll find an overhead shower and complimentary toiletries, offering a luxurious space to refresh after a day of sightseeing. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and basin.

Added conveniences include Wi-Fi and parking for three cars on the premises.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home to yourselves. Note that there is another rental home located on the property, also available to book for larger groups. You'll have complete privacy but may see other guests around the grounds from time to time. Please make yourselves at home!

You’ll have an array of nearby wineries to choose from, with Polperro Wines as well as Port Phillip Estate and Kooyong Winery within a few minutes’ drive. Arthur's Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola that offers sweeping views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline towards Melbourne, is a 15-minute drive, as is beautiful Dromana Beach where you can swim, picnic and make use of BBQ facilities.
