This contemporary space is a light filled, architecturally designed guest suite with a private entrance. A clever open plan layout connects the living area & bedroom with a large cavity slider door.

The space expands with indoor/outdoor flow through large stacker slider doors to a courtyard with gardens that blend NZ natives with subtropicals. After sun drenched beach days lounge in bean bags under the shade of the palm tree, enjoy Webber BBQs & dine on the sheltered verandah with magnificent sunset skies.

The outdoor table under the verandah & the bespoke breakfast bar are both great spots for some work on your laptop.

Cooking some delicious food is made easy with the well-equipped kitchenette that has an espresso coffee machine, complimentary freshly ground coffee, cooking basics, large fridge/freezer, combi microwave & electric induction hob.

Unwind in the bedroom’s window seat with a good book or relax in the comfy queen bed while enjoying the tranquil view of the palm tree canopy through the high windows.

Easy walk to delicious Pearl Kitchen Cafe, Pub or Supermarket.

Guest access & during your stay
Guests have a completely seperate private entrance from our connecting family home. Located at the front of our property, guests have exclusive use of their space including their sheltered verandah & grassy courtyard. Guests may also access their courtyard via our driveway where they may occasionally see us coming & going.

We usually welcome guests in person & show them around.

During your stay if you have any queries please sing out as we live just next door in our connecting home with our 4 year old. We are happy to help out however we can & love sharing our local knowledge but we also give you privacy to enjoy your personal holiday.

- Babies welcome with highchair & portacot available.

- Strictly NO parties.

- Please note the person booking & staying must be over 25 years.

- Iron & rice cooker available on request.

- Washing machine available on request. Extra clothes drying racks also available on request.

-We have on site massage/osteopath treatments available for some deep relaxation & alignment; or awaken your body & find your flow with a private yoga session. Please enquire for availability with your host when booking.
