The Space:
You and your family can enjoy a spacious 3,063 sq ft resort home for up to 12, traveling together to the vacation capital of the world! The home is located about 13 miles from the happiest place on earth, Walt Disney World, and is centrally located inside the beautiful and gated ChampionsGate Resort community.

The main spaces of the home:

- A luminous and inviting OPEN-PLAN LIVING AREA featuring cozy recliner sofas and a large flatscreen Smart TV with cable. The perfect spot for downtime moments together at home.

- There is a DINING area with a view of the pool and a table that can seat at least 8 comfortably for a relaxed meal at home. It’s great to dine in and save money!

- A spacious BREAKFAST BAR with four stools for additional seating at meal time. Here and at the dining table are also great laptop-friendly workspaces to suit the remote worker’s needs.

- There is a fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home, even the extras like a COFFEE MAKER for your morning perk-ups, a BLENDER for afternoon beverages, and a DISHWASHER for easy cleanups.

- There is direct access from the living area to the PRIVATE BACK PATIO, where you’ll find a screened-in swimming pool and whirlpool spa, some chaise lounges for soaking in the sun and an outdoor dining table. Enjoy fun pool days here on those days you take off from the parks!

- A BONUS UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM! Two living rooms with comfy furnishings are great for a big group. Upstairs you’ll also have a flatscreen Smart TV and cable to enjoy watching two separate shows at the same time in the house.

- An IN-HOME GAME ROOM! The garage has been converted into a game room with air hockey, foosball, and a pool table, as well as a basketball shooting game tucked away in the corner. If the parks don’t wear you out, you come here!

- 6 BEDROOMS (all have Smart TVs!), 6 FULL BATHROOMS to comfortably accommodate 12 people as such:

- There’s a WASHER and DRYER, IRON, IRONING BOARD, HAIRDRYER & a SAFE in the home for added convenience and comfort.

- PARKING for 2 vehicles in the driveway and parking around the community is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We provide a few starter essentials, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.

And besides being near the theme parks, you’ll also have access to plenty of amenities at the resort community, including the clubhouse pools, onsite restaurants, cafes, a mini-mart, an open-air retail shopping area, golf, and so much more!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and shared access to the clubhouse amenities onsite.

The Neighborhood:
The ChampionsGate community has many resort-style amenities, like outdoor pools, a kids’ pool, plenty of sun loungers, a gym, a lobby and a common area at the clubhouse with a ping-pong table! You’ll have great restaurants in the community to dine in or take out after spending a long day at the parks. There’s also an open-air retail shopping area at the nearby Championsgate Village and many great restaurants outside the resort, like Culvers, Texas Roadhouse and Sakura Asian Restaurant.

Getting Around:
The home is 27.4 miles (about a 30-minute drive) from the Orlando International Airport and is located inside the Championsgate Resort community. It’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app for driving times, as they differ depending on the time of day.

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this rental.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $400 fine.
- No excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge. To request this service, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
- BBQ grill rental is available for an extra charge and must be requested at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400 minimum.
- Pool and common area rules and hours within the community must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided to you before your arrival.
