A ground floor unit, this property features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and kitchen with laundry. The community pool and grill are just steps away. Sand Castle West is located directly across the street from the beach access, only 1.5 miles from Pier Park, and is accessible to all the beaches, golf courses, great food, boutique shopping, fishing and sunshine that Panama City Beach has to offer. The community location also provides quick access to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.
Parking is directly in front of the building for easy access!
