We had an amazing experience. The staff support was excellent. Very responsive. The property was just as advertised. I did think some of the fees were too high.

Had a wonderful time at the Peaceful Palms. The host was wonderful. The house is beautiful and amenities were great. The elevator is finicky, but never let us down.

Absolutely loved this house … we’ve been coming down for years, staying in this area and this is best house yet. Plenty of room for 20 people. Huge hot tub, great pool, rec room with pool table and theater room was a huge hit. Kitchen with sitting area very spacious. Huge fridges and plenty of ice makers. Everyone loved the beds. And the perks of some free golf and use of golf cart was a plus ! can’t beat the area … we’ll be back !

Thank you for your review, and we’re happy to hear you felt very welcome during your stay. We’re sorry to learn about the delay with the pool heat. We aim to provide a 10/10 experience for all our guests, and we understand how disappointing it was to lose two days of pool use. Your feedback is truly appreciated and helps us improve our processes moving forward. We hope to welcome you back!

Family Getaway

Peaceful Palms home layout is optimal for multiple families to enjoy. The kitchen is massive with multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, and garbage cans making large meals/gatherings much easier. Kids and adults will be very entertained with the game room and movie theater. Each floor has its own kitchenette making it convenient regardless which floor your room is on. Every room has its own bathroom as well as an outdoor bathroom for the pool. We will be back at this home; the location/privacy of the lot as well as the features listed above is what will make us be repeat visitors. Cheers!

Although this property was VERY expensive over a holiday (just after Christmas, and over the New Year), it was just amazing! It was clean, large, met our family’s needs, and we received great customer support while we were there.Everything was pristine, the kitchen was well-stocked, the golf cart (low speed vehicle) was handy, there were pool towels and bikes to use, and beach toys for the kids to use. Just everything we would need.We had a family pingpong tournament, since there was a ping pong table. It got a lot of use, as did the pool table and the video game in that room.We used the pool and hot tub a lot, too. I wish we hadn’t had to pay 100 per day to have them heated—above the rental rate—but everyone enjoyed it, especially as we had some colder temperatures in December and January. We roasted marshmallows at the fire pit and ate S’mores. We used the movie theatre room many times and watched fun family-friendly movies. The property is just lovely. We have never stayed at such a nice place. It was one of our favorite family gatherings, as we didn’t have to go “do” things elsewhere (although we did). We were able to have a lot of family time together, making memories.

Worst property management

The whole advertisement is a lie i would say. None of the amenities work for which we choose and payed. Its an expensive house. Spa jacuzi jet didn't work, elevator didn't work so the elderly ppl were stuck to one floor. Golf cart access took a whole day. Big ants in the room, roof leak causing wet floor and trop hazard. We kept on asking for help all they did was, come check and tell us that nothing could be fixed during our stay.. please avoid destin dreamers at all cost.

This is unfortunate! Most of these issues were guest user error. We quickly resolved each of them and thought everything was taken care of. Once the guest demanded a 50% refund upon checkout and threatened a negative review, our hands were tied. As she stated, the house is gorgeous and the amenities are incredible! We have 25 5 star reviews across all platforms on this amazing luxury home. We can't wait to host you!
