Enter into the bright open plan living area and be transported back to a simpler time. The main living area blends seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen boasting a large island bench that doubles as a breakfast bar with stools. Electric cooking appliances, a microwave and the dishwasher cover all your modern kitchen needs. Open the classic double glass doors to escape onto the deck. There is a TV and split system to add to your comfort and enjoyment.
Relax, unwind and soak up the sunshine on the front deck or in the lush green private backyard.
Chill out in the additional large, enclosed sunroom at the rear of the house, allowing for year round comfort and relaxation.
The 3 spacious bedrooms are furnished with double, queen and 2 single beds. The family bathroom has a shower and basin and there is a separate toilet.
The property features a single carport and plenty of space to park your boat.
Just a 5 minute walk to the shores of serene Cowes beach and a 15 minute walk to the centre of Cowes where you'll discover an array of boutique shops, gourmet cafes and supermarkets.

*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
