Seashell Oasis @ CapE Woolamai is an ideal beach holiday home, located in Cape Woolamai; a short walk to the beach (approximately 200 metres) and within walking distance to the local eateries, shops, Wooli Tavern and The Colonnades, and only a short drive to both the patrolled surf beach, making it ideal for beach lovers. A perfect location
This Cape Woolamai beach house is set in a private garden is ideally located between a surf beach and swimming beach. Ideal for couples or a small family.
This property is perfect for your next beach stay at Phillip Island.


There is a key safe on the front balacony. The key code is sent via sms to the guest on the morning of check in date.

The home is a private residence and the guests have full use of all the home

This is a private home in a quiet residentila area. There is to be no noise or parties.

PLEASE NOTE:

LINEN: Sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own, or if you would like to hire linen, please let Dianne the holiday rental manager know and this is invoiced separately for payment.

BOND: There is a $400 bond and this is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.

FIREWOOD: Firewood is not supplied.Youn to bring your own.

- There is 7.5% State government short term levy collected at time of booking. This is added to the total accommodation including the cleaning fee.
- No smoking policy
- PETS: Pets are welcome
- LINEN: Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. You can either bring your own or hire them from Dianne, the Holiday Rental Manager. The only time linen is provided is at the Moto GP championship weekend.
- BOND: A bond of $400 is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.
- STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)
- PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise, and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

Just perfect for a family getaway. The lack of internet means it’s a great digital detox! Gorgeous house and garden. Great location too

In the kitchen on benches it was infested with ants, the floors had a bad odour smelt like dog urine, the bedroom with the bunk beds very claustrophobic, and very uncomfortable to sleep in unfortunately , it wasn't a pleasant stay, my daughter spent most of her time cleaning.

Lovely beach house with lush, bird-filled garden. Great location in sleepy Cape Woolamai, 10 min walk to the shops, pub, cafes; close to the dog friendly beach. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary pots, pans and crockery. Would absolutely book again, only downside was no wifi.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The home consists of two comfortable bedrooms, a family bathroom, open plan kitchen and dining area, separate TV room and a cosy living area, a covered entertaining area at the back of the home overlooking a relaxing cottage garden
Features include:
Open plan kitchen and dining room with a split system air conditioner and ceiling fan. From the dining room there are double sliding doors entering the covered outdoor entertaining area. This the same from the TV room beside the dining area.
Modern large kitchen with dishwasher, 5 burner gas cook top with a large electric oven, microwave, pod coffee machine and very well equipped with cooking utensils.
Separate peaceful cosy living area with a wood fire heater (you have to bring your own wood) and a ceiling fan. A nice place to enjoy the cold winter evenings.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, wardrobe, carpeted with a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has a single bed with a bunk bed (single on top and double on bottom) and carpeted.
Family bathroom has a shower and a European laundry with a front loader washing machine and a separate toilet. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
A north facing large covered private outdoor entertaining area with a dining setting and a Weber BBQ. Perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine or the evening cool seaside breezes.
There is single garage and room for another car, and it is fully fenced with a back yard for children and/or pets to play.
