A separate set of stepping stones, leading from the driveway, extends to an outdoor kitchen that is situated next to the rectangular pool. This creates the perfect place for hosting an event, while separate from the main villa. The kitchen includes a barbeque, a breakfast bar and a dining table beneath a dome structure acting as a culinary cocoon from the sun. Adjacent to this structure is a hidden alcove for reading a book or sparking conversation among friends. A concealed flight of steps, between the pools, leads visitors to a viewing area in which they can observe the sunset while sipping champagne. The additional outdoor dining table is located closer to the home, suited for cooking a casual meal or perhaps hiring a private chef to further embrace the scenery.
The interior structure of the home is just as enchanting by attracting guests in with the high ceilings and the seamless flow from room to room. As clients enter, there is a glass door entrance that attends to the substantial living space. This room includes comfortable sofas and a large TV, along with speakers, ideal for listening to music while remaining out of the sun for an air-conditioned experience. The kitchen is set to the right of the living room through an arched entryway. The L-shaped kitchen is accompanied by a central island, an induction stove, glass cupboards and even a pantry for storing food. Directly in front of the kitchen, is a beautiful wooden dining table with a carved mandala shape in the centre, lit up by a contemporary lighting fixture for savoring a wonderful dinner.
The three bedrooms stem from the heart of the home, with one room having an exterior entrance and the other two attached to the property itself. The rooms feature king-size beds, spectacular en-suites, and an individual outdoor terrace with spacious closets to store clothes in. The primary bedroom has interior and exterior access with a vast ensuite bathroom that includes a jacuzzi with a view, double sinks with harmonious mismatched tiles, and an indoor and outdoor shower for the preferred bathing method.
