Une belle maison de vacances pour un séjour en famille ou en amoureux à quelques minutes de kayacs de l'ilet Pinel à Saint Martin . Face à la mer des Caraïbes, Villa Pinel profite d'une vue face à la mer des Caraibes la villa est situées en face des plages Pinel, des petites îles voisines telles que Tintamarre ou Green Cay, Orient Bay et St. de Barth!



Cette luxueuse villa de vacances offre sérénité et tranquillité dans la magnifique baie de la Caraïbes , eau turquoise et réserve naturelle de tortues , oiseaux

4 chambres et 4 salles de bain et une villa entièrement équipée grand luxe , wifi , climatisation dans chaque chambres , linge de maison de qualité , cuisine de chef très bien équipée , cave à vin Elle est entourée par un magnifique jardin tropical . Une large terrasse en teck face à la mer , transats et serviettes de plage , une grande piscine privée chauffée à débordement ( piscine refaite entièrement en 2023 )

La villa dispose de 4 chambres de taille king climatisées avec salle de bains privative 4 salles de bains avec une douche en pierre naturelle. Deux chambres ouvertes sur la terrasse ont une vue fantastique sur la mer des Caraïbes. La troisième chambre est située à l'arrière de la villa et a accès à un patio privé et intime. Chambre N ° 4 est une suite studio situé au niveau inférieur de la villa avec sa propre entrée et terrasse.



La cuisine gastronomique design impeccable (photos suivront) révèle un goût distinctif pour la beauté fonctionnelle et le style d'avant-garde. Les installations comprennent une plaque de cuisson vitrocéramique, four, micro-ondes, grand frigo, un lave-vaisselle, cafetière, grille-pain, et tous les ustensiles et les équipements nécessaires. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce que le chef a besoin pour préparer de délicieux repas, y compris un grand espace de stockage .
Une vaisselle de qualité .

Les équipements modernes ne sont pas oubliés, mais sont magnifiquement intégrés dans l'ensemble du style calme de la villa, comme le mur monté TV grand écran plat et système audio.

Very beautiful property, everything is very well stocked throughout the stay. Our kids loved the pool. There was a lot of jelly fish in the water, you can get in the Kayaks but it's not a swim-able beach in my opinion. Wonderful host! We loved our stay!

VIlla Pinel is absolutely stunning. The view is even better than pictured. The house is lovely and fully stocked with anything you could need. The pool and deck area are perfect for lounging. The property manager Veronique is amazing. She helped arrange reservations, activities, taxis and provided information and assistance throughout the week. I cannot recommend this property enough. It was a perfect vacation!

Amazing house and view! Kitchen had everything we needed and the grocery store was a 5 min drive. The host was just a quick text away from whatever we needed. The kayaks were super fun. They are double seaters and there were 4. We did the 10 min kayak trip to the island and rented chairs for the day- super fun! We really appreciate the wonderful hospitality and plan to go back!

Magical spot for a fantastic vacation

Talk about paradise! Villa Pinel is a great house in an amazing location. The views were gorgeous. Kids loved the pool! We were able to hop in kayaks and explore. We also loved the well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill.

Getaway with my wife

The house and pool are fabulous. Very private and romantic. Great location, beautiful view, and a short drive great restaurants on Orient Beach. The house comes with kayaks. Short paddle to Pinel island that has two wonderful beach bars. Highly recommend this place. Best spot on St Martin.

Villa Pinel is FABULOUS

This was our second stay at Villa Pinel and had even more enjoyable time. The house accommodated the 7 of us very well, the local hikes & kayaking to Pinel Island most days is why we chose this location which is pretty hard to beat.

Family vacay

Just bring your toothbrush & bathing suit! This property has every comfort of home. The home is even better in person. Kitchen & bedrooms are well appointed with all the essentials. We had an amazing time as a family of 6 adults & 2 children. The kids loved the pool & so did the adults! Veronique made sure we were all taken care of for reservations etc. She is a fantastic host! Great location close to Grande Case & beaches. We hope to visit again next year.

A week in paradise

The property is exactly as described and had everything we needed. Veronique was the best host and got us everything we needed. This side of the island is quiet and with gorgeous views. The pool was excellent. Sandy and Lola were an added bonus. I would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing at Villa Pinel! The house was great, and views were perfect! Our kids loved the pool, the kayaking out to the sandbar and visiting Pinel Island! Wonderful stay in Cul de Sac!

Host, Veronique, did everything possible to make our family vacation perfect. The villa is large, nicely laid out and very well equipped. The pool was perfect and the location was ten minutes was the spectacular Orient Bay Beach. We stay at a lot of VRBOs ; this is one of the best.

Beautiful villa and a wonderful host!

Our five nights at The villa was absolutely amazing! Veronique was the best host, helping us make plans and reservations throughout our stay. The Villa is gorgeous and there is plenty of space for everyone. We cooked meals, relaxed and enjoyed the pool. All 8 of us kayaked to Pinel Island for the day right from the Villa.it was a very clean, beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Thank you Veronique!

Philippe and Véronique live for many years in St Martin. Philippe began to work in the building, he built his first house on the basis of Mediterranean style, Casa Azul and Riviera blue dominate by its superb location on the hills of Orient Beach. Follow some years later, his big sister Casa Del Sol Mexican inspired style with a name that feels the sun, the two villas are becoming very private two beautiful properties in the middle of a large tropical garden.

Veronique manages her theses beautiful properties, maintenance and decoration, referencing villas, customer reception. A desire to live at the water's edge with their children are having makes them fall in love with a beautiful lot located in the Bay of Cul de Sac, just few minute from the Pinel Island and its natural reserve.

A contemporary, modern, both caribbean for this new home that is aptly named Little Paradise.
