This modern condo boasts three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests in comfort and style. Step into a haven of tranquility as you enter this freshly remodeled space featuring modern and stylish updates. Relax in the inviting living area, unwind on the large deck with seating, or whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience, while the secondary bedroom features two queen beds, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. An additional bathroom is provided in the common area, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.

As a LEED Platinum home, we take pride in our commitment to sustainability. We provide an environmentally friendly and eco-conscious accommodation option for your stay.

Explore the vibrant RiNo neighborhood, known for its eclectic mix of art galleries, cafes, breweries, bars, and more. Discover the district's unique blend of urban charm and industrial revival, and immerse yourself in the local arts and cultural scene.

Guests will have complete access to the condo, including the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second and third bedrooms, second bathroom, patio, and in-unit washer and dryer. Our dedicated team at JZ Vacation Rentals is available 24/7 to assist with any issues during your stay.

Please note our house rules: Pets, parties, and smoking are not allowed in the home. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and noise violations may result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your cooperation and courtesy.

Great rental!

It can be hard to find a rental unit enough living space while traveling with a group but this place was perfect, even a little bigger than I expected. It's in a safe and walkable location, if I'm ever back in Denver with a group I would love to rebook. Easy and quick communication with the host made everything a breeze!

Excellent Stay in RiNo

Everything was exactly as advertised. This loft is in an excellent location and perfect for walking around RiNo and even LoDo, though it was a bit more of a haul. The beds were comfy, toiletries were provided, and for a loft, it was a quiet space. Our only complaints were the tv doesn’t connect to the internet, so we couldn't use it for one of our activities, and the patio was very dirty. The upstairs unit appears to have bird feeders and the seed was all over the patio. We were excited to be outside on it more but it annoyingly stuck to your shoes so we stopped going out there. Finally, there was an image of the listing with what appears to be a rooftop but there was no information about if we could access it or how. I could have just missed it though.
