Highly recommend! This house is in a perfect location. Grocery store and Liquor store literally across the street and easy walking distance to breweries, restaurants and shopping! I will absolutely be looking for this property the next time we are in Denver. The Host communicates very well. Check in/out was a breeze.

Cute house

We had a great stay in this older home. Super walkable to to restaurants and coffee shops. It was great to have the travel crib and highchair for our baby (tho it should be noted the house is not at all baby-proofed so be on the alert) We enjoyed the backyard every day, and the little games provided. Kitchen cabinets were rather dishelved but have everything you would need- lots of choices of cookware for meals and baking. Great coffee maker and electric water kettle, super nice refrigerator/freezer. Check in process was easy and instructions were detailed and very clear. Nice hosts!

Property was clean, well appointed, nice to have game area and grocery store, gas station directly across the street. Street is a bit busy if you have small children. Owners very accommodating and easy to work with. Property was exactly as described with nice beds and big table for families.

Perfect place for a group

We had a wonderful stay here. Great location and lovely spaces in and outside. We loved playing shuffleboard and horseshoes and darts. We appreciated all the quick responses to questions and suggestions from the hosts.

Great location close to everything

We came to visit my son who is a student at University of Denver and this location was absolutely perfect. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. We also loved hanging out in the garage playing shuffleboard. Cool bonus!

Great Location for Visiting our Son at DU
