We travel to Hilton Head every year and we always stay in Shipyard. This was, in our opinion, the best place we have stayed. The layout was beautiful, modern finishes and well appointed with the day to day items that make it feel like home. We will be return visitors!

Girls Getaway

We stayed here on a girls vacation and had the best time. The property is just as advertised. Very clean and excellent location. The best part was each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Would love to stay here again.

Good location. Close to pool. Lagoon view was great. Was well stocked with essentials. Carpet was a little stained but wasn’t a problem. Plenty of room for our group. Having 3 bathrooms and showers was great. Would stay again!

We Love Shipyard at HHI

This is the third straight year my family has stayed in a Shipyard condo during Spring Break. While the others were nice, this one takes the cake. We will be back!

Hidden Jewel

Friends’ trip from out of state. This place was perfect. Close to shopping, beach and plenty of restaurants a within a short distance. Shipyard is a beautiful area and we couldn’t have been happier with 1901. I was afraid about parking, but it was a breeze. Would definitely rent again.

Our trip and stay was a total success, property was beautiful , will try to book again. I would prefer to check in before 5pm on day of arrival . Communicating with property manager was easy!!Thank you.

Great neighborhood; good house

This house sits in the Shipyard neighborhood and the house sits on the golf course, so the view is beautiful. There is a fountain off the porch with some baby alligators in it. Super cool. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and has its own bathroom which is ideal. Pool is directly across the street which is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked. Property mgmt is very responsive and efficient. Only downside at all is that the furnishings are a little dated and worn in places (dining room chairs and carpet). But overall we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay! The recent renovations made the condo feel fresh, clean, and modern. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, so it was easy to grab a good meal without going far. We'd definitely stay here again!

Five stars- excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Hilton Head rental! The home was recently remodeled and felt fresh, modern, and exceptionally clean. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax, and the layout made it feel both comfortable and inviting. One of our favorite features was the screened porch overlooking the golf course. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, unwind in the evening, and take in the peaceful views without worrying about bugs. The golf course setting provided a quiet, scenic backdrop throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent as well. We loved having access to a beautiful pool and well-maintained tennis and pickleball courts, which made it easy to stay active and enjoy the outdoors. The location was another huge plus—the beach was just a short bike ride away, making it convenient to enjoy the sand and ocean whenever we wanted. The updated finishes, spacious rooms, and thoughtful amenities made the property feel like a true home away from home. Between the golf course views, screened porch, resort-style amenities, and easy beach access, this property offers the best of Hilton Head living. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed Hilton Head getaway.
