This charming family friendly getaway vacation property features bright and cheerful decor with comfy furnishings throughout and includes a well-stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, DVD, WiFi, Gas grill and decks. Convenient location with G&E Grocery at the entrance to the development, also close to shopping and restaurants. Parking spaces for 2 vehicles and includes 6 recreation passes. Kayakers and canoers will enjoy cruising on the Salt Pond! Golf green fees are separate. $150.00 Community Fee Per Week
