Convenient location with G&E Grocery at the entrance to the development, also close to shopping and restaurants. Parking spaces for 2 vehicles and includes 6 recreation passes. Kayakers and canoers will enjoy cruising on the Salt Pond! Golf green fees are separate. $150.00 Community Fee Per Week
