The pool was the nastiest thing I’ve seen , cloudy with floaters coming off the wall . Cats everywhere on the property the lake was clearer than the pool by far every paddle boat was broken and just floating around the lake . I asked months before we came if I could park my trailer anywhere no answer was charged 100 to park we won’t be staying here again for sure my son was chased by a pit bull while we were there so I guess you could say it is pet friendly the playground was the best part of the place everything else needs lots of work . Looks like a junk yard in the back with all the junk cars parked off the side of the road

The cottage was clean and matched the pictures. There were very limited kitchen supplies. The bed was hard as a rock. We discovered on the last night that the mattress was upside down. I could only imagine because of all the stains. The property was very poorly maintained. The beach area was overgrown with weeds, the paddle boats were across the lake, the hot tub was not working properly, and the pool was cloudy and had duck poop all around the edges and debris on the bottom. It also appeared that the majority of the people staying there actually live there full time. The playground was absolutely amazing though and was the highlight of our trip. If you’re going to book this place I would call them directly and see if you can do it that way. We discovered that we paid a lot more not doing that.

The workers at the property were all wonderful, helpful, and attentive. Reached out to the PM, Jay with questions prior to my arrival but received no response. The listing states provided toiletries and basic kitchen wares. There were no toiletries and cookware was beyond minimal. All of the advertised paddle boats were broken and there is a giant hole at the pool simply cautioned off. I would still stay here again as it is obvious the staff is working on fixing things regularly. The playground is awesome. My biggest issue in the end was the price. I paid 120. more than my neighboring guests who are not members and also booked through VRBO. I do not understand the extreme variance in rates.
