Gorgeous view of the ocean just steps away-- this quaint beach bungalow has a full kitchen and laundry. Perfect for couples. Sleeps 4 comfortably Full size double bunk, queen bed and sleeper sofa. Beach cart, chairs, and umbrella available. Dedicated work space with desk and office chair. LGBTQ friendly. THE POOL IS NOT INCLUDED. Must be 25 to rent. No children under 8 unless preapproved by owner. Renter must be present. The cottage is centrally located and just a few blocks from aquarium, Jones Park, downtown Gpt. 2 miles to Centennial Plaza. Private entrance, designated parking, private fenced patio and deck with ocean view! We are less than a block away from city park with swings, playground, basketball courts, and a tennis court. No pets unless preauthorized by owner. Do not enagage the garage door hurricane bolts! these are for hurricane protection only! Kitchen wonderfully equipped for cooking anything you want. The cottage is decorated in a fun, whimsical way so it’s going to be your happy place. And it’s so comfortable…you can truly relax.

This is a super cute property. Very clean and well stocked. The beach view is lovely! The only drawback is the noise from a very busy hwy 90. That being said, the accessibility of being so close to the hwy was really handy. Overall I would recommend this property for a unique beach stay.

Possibly one of the best and well appointed little cottages I have ever stayed in while traveling. There was not one thing missing with the exception of a coffee pot. Everything was thoughtfully planned to make your stay as comfortable as possible.. Cottage was full of charm and whimsy. The furniture was comfortable. The view of the golf was wonderful from the viewing deck and overall was a most wonderful experience.

Wonderful view and just a unique and super cute layout. I’m in real estate so I see a large variety of properties and whoever put this one together did a fantastic job. There’s a large bed in the open area, but there are also bunk beds in sort of their own room. My mom and I stayed for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. It is very well appointed and very clean.

Best surprise--can coozie. I forgot mine. Least liked--bathroom light should not be automatic. Too bright @ 3 am. Absolutely loved the decor, and the privacy. If life allows, we can do it again.

The Surf Shack matched the VRBO listing and more! Most well-stocked VRBO rental we've stayed in. Check in was easy and Heather answered all questions we had quickly. Would definitely rent this cute little place again!

The Surf Shack beach cottage really was the nicest VRBO property we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve never been disappointed with the rentals). It was perfect - cozy, comfortable, super close to the beach. The decor was funky, cool, beachy, artistic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
